Getting more reviews
- Ask every guest at the same moment, like when you bring the bill, and point to the QR code.
- Put the link where guests already look: your WhatsApp replies, booking confirmations and email footer.
- Ask everyone, not only the happy guests. Google doesn't allow choosing who gets asked, or offering anything in return for a review.
More reviews are the start. Super handles the rest.
Super is an AI assistant for restaurants, cafés and bars. Connect your Google Business Profile and it looks after your listing for you.
Replies in your own voice
Super drafts a reply to every new review the way you write, and you approve it before it posts. Once you trust it, it can answer the star ratings you choose on its own.
Posts and opening hours
Publish Google posts, update your hours and description, and add holiday closures, just by telling Super.
Know what guests are saying
Super reads your reviews and tells you what keeps coming up, good and bad.
Replies, posts and listing changes are part of the Core plan.
Get started with SuperFind your review link yourself
Google gives every listing one review link. If you'd rather get it from Google directly:
- 1Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
- 2Search Google for your business name to open your Business Profile.
- 3Select “Read reviews”, then “Get more reviews”, and copy the link Google shows you.
That link opens the same review window as the one this page makes.
Questions owners ask
- What is a Google review link?
- A link that opens the review window for your business on Google. A guest taps it, picks a star rating and writes a review, without having to search for you first.
- Do guests need a Google account to leave a review?
- Yes. Google only takes reviews from people signed in to a Google account. Anyone who isn't is asked to sign in first and then lands in the review window.
- Will the link stop working?
- It is built from your listing's Place ID, which normally stays the same for as long as the listing exists. Google can change it, for example when a listing is moved or merged. If the link ever stops opening your review window, make a new one here.
- Is it allowed to ask guests for reviews?
- Yes. Google lets businesses ask for reviews. What it doesn't allow is asking only the guests you expect to be happy, or offering anything in return, such as a discount or a free drink.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. The link, the QR code and the table card are free, and you don't need to sign up.
